Is there a pinnacle of higher education not yet reached, and what does it look like?  Christian higher education has been through three cycles of ascendency and decline. We now are in a fourth cycle that calls us to a fuller understanding of the holiness of God in shaping a higher vision. Those involved in higher education who are leaning forward will see beyond intellectual development and job preparation. You are invited to the integrative vision of Higher, higher education.

"Bravo! Jonathan Raymond dares to ask long neglected questions. What does it mean to be a Wesleyan-Holiness institution of higher education? What if holiness in its personal and social dimensions was identified as the primary outcome for graduating students? Raymond finally gives answers to these key questions. His vision provides an agenda that deserves serious consideration by the leadership of every Wesleyan-Holiness institution that wants to be worthy of its name."

—David L. McKenna, celebrated author and past president of Spring Arbor University,
Seattle Pacific University, and Asbury Theological Seminary
